  • 5th day induction,,curry paste pitfull?

    Hi,
I am in 5th day of induction, it was good until evening of the third day,, then late at night a stupid craving!!!!!!!!! when i opened the fridge and had 1/5 of a plastic bag of tamarind,,,, (tamarind, the processed ones, the handful size plastic bag , dark brown product +lots of hard seeds inside,,,,,very very sour , people use if for cooking, kids for its sourness in some places,,,eating it is like eating lemon juice, you cant eat much, very sour, your teeth would have kinda pain! sensitivity after eating a lot of this maybe/acidic thing.........

I ate 5 times a kid could eat on a leisure day!!!! then stomach ache,,,,nausea,,,,,,,,,,, and remorse.............

checked internet to see if it had sugar or not, as my ketone stick was dark purple that day................. didnt see any hint of sugar,,,,,,still think it has lots of carb,,,,,it is super sour/very sweet thing

then next day complete atkin diet, ,but after noon didnt eat until 10 pm, working on a project!!!!! just had two coffees!!!!! ordinary !
today put some salmon and bell pepper in oven with curry paste over it.(its name is paste, but it doesnt mention anything about sugar) ha?

this morning 5 th day,,following atkins,,,,,,,,,,,,got constipated (doubt about sugarless psylium,,, metamucil,,,as it has lots of aspartam.......??)
dont know what to take............my keto sticks are shallow pink....hm,,,,I missed something,,,,,,,,,,, maybe it was tamarind case. or the curry paste????????????????????

    hm
    any hints?
    cheers

Continue on with your Atkins, but use this as a learning experience:

    1. If you are craving something, eat something that is high fat.

    2. Do not go more than 6 waking hours without eating something---eat a hard boiled egg or veggies and dip. Eat something, if you don't you'll risk over-eating during your next meal or you will find yourself eating anything---including the things you shouldn't!
