well i was on day 7 of a successful induction (lost 5 pounds) but will be restarting tomorrow. Celebrated my fathers birthday today and had a slice of apple spice cake with cream cheese icing...yum! it was so good but i immediately regretted it so I dont think i'll have trouble turning down desserts anytime soon. tomorrow is a new day and i'll start over even more committed.

Re: need to restart
If you eat offplan during your first 14 days of induciton but then get straight back on plan you dont have to restart counting your 14 days. If we did, some of us would have never got past induction at all!!
So if today was day 7 then tomorrow is day 8.
And on day 15 take a look at your 14 days losses and compare them with the chart in DANDr ot discover if you have low/medium/high metabolic resistance to weightloss.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Re: need to restart
That's so true! Don't stress over it and just get back to your plan and exercise a bit more to cover the calories.
