  • First two weeks down!

    Hi all,

    My net loss for the 2 week induction phase is 16lbs! I'm thrilled. My clothes are fitting better and I'm never hungry.

    I'm sure it would have been more if I hadn't eaten so much salt! I've been eating hard salami daily and one or two Diet Rites. I'm going to do extended induction and cut those items out.

    Thanks for all the encouragement, and I'll see you on the boards!

      Hi Shelley,

      Congratulations on losing 16 lbs...that is awesome!!!!

      You're doing great and should be very proud with what you have accomplished so far!!!!

      Keep up the great work, I look forward to hearing more updates on how your progressing....don't forget to drink lots of water and fit some form of exercise into your routine if you haven't already.

          I eat 5 pieces of hard salami M-F at work with two slices of swiss cheese and cucumbers. It hasn't slowed me down and with your 16 pounds lost during induction it doesn't look like it has slowed your loss much so if it keeps you on the program I'd stick with it. 16 pounds is a lot. great job!!!

            Hi all,

            Thanks so much for your encouragement! I'm seeing tomorrow as a new, new start...that is, extended induction.

            I'll see how I do in two-week increments. Long way to go.
