  • What is induction flu?

I keep reding about the induction flu. What is that? I am on day 4 of induction and do feel a bit headachy. Is that what everyone is referring to?

I also keep reading about pumpkin pie. Is that allowed in some altered version?

    Thanks everyone!!

Everyone fairs a little different on induction flu. Some have headaches. For me I get nauseous and a little shaky (and sometimes cold).

I was just tired and a little foggy - no huge thing for me.

Pumpkin is one of the allowed '1 cup' vegetables for induction, so is 'legal' as long as the other ingredients in the recipe are too.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
