  • Day 6

    well, im just kinda checking in. Day 6 going fine so far. My home run pies, gallon of milk, and doritoes, have been replaced with home made jerkey, pork rhines and pickled asparagus. I didnt plan to weigh myself often but my wife did, so i did to. I lost 14 pds in 6 days. wow.

      :yikes WOW is right! that is fantastic! good job! It pays to be male! LOL! Just keep going and by the end of your induction, you will lose even more!Just remember, after the second week, you may not have that dramatic results so don't be disappointed. It comes off slower after the initial 14 days, even if you stay on induction longer. But you are doing great! Keep focused and I can't wait to hear your 15th day totals!

        Thats amazing! Your eyes must of popped out when you looked at the scales! So impressive, is your wife's loss as good, are you doing a heap of excerise?

        Do you have much to lose?

            Congrats on the weight loss and the regaining of control of your appetite for junk! Good job all the way around. Keep it up and the other weight to be lost is just a matter of time and perserverence. WTG!
