Back after a long time...Day 1

Hi all...

I did Atkins years ago and it worked awesome, lost a bunch of weight. Well life caught up to me, as well as having another baby and you guessed it I gained weight! UGH...so this is it, I am going to lose it for good.

Good luck to all of us struggling this first few days. That's what is always the worst if you ask me. After the first week it's a piece of...steak! LOL

Looking forward to getting to know you all better.

Good Luck Mommymel ... Yes, the first days are the worst. I fell off the wagon for 3 days and back on again. I'm on my 3rd day and I'm still feeling the pain. Makes me realize I shouldn't fall of the wagon.
