  • One day done.

    Hi,
Just wanted to say I made it through day one and it went well. Where do you find interesting recipes. I am trying to make a menu and I don't want to eat the same stuff so I grow board of it and fall off the low carb wagon!! I am not to keen on eggs so I am trying to figure out breakfast ideas.

Who said you had to have eggs for breakfast?

You can do bacon, ham, sausages, cooked bacon with melted cheese on top, left overs from dinner, or maybe salmon cakes with low carb ketchup on them. Your choices are only limited by your imagination.

          Good luck!

            Re: One day done.

I often make a big crustless quiche at the weekend with eggs, cream, cheese, cooked meat and vegetables so I can have a slice of it as a quick breakfast or grab'n'go snack to take with me during the week.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
