    Ending day 9 and I can just feel it coming on... Hope I can get through it! Any advice??

    Weight:
    285/242/150? 140? What ever looks best on me!

    Dress size:
    20/16/10? 8?

            And don't freak out if the scales go up. Mine always do by about 2lbs. It always goes back down after too. Just try to stay the course.
