    Hi folks,

    Any help or suggestions regarding the supplements I'm taking would be much appreciated.

    Here's my list:
    • *One A Day CarbSmart - Iron Free

      *Flax Oil - 10,000 mg a day

      *Super B & C Complex

      *Co Q10 -100 mg a day

      *L-Carnitine - 4,000 mg a day

      * Green Tea rx - decaf high dose green tea extract


    I've been reading about Green Magma it's a powdered supplement you add to water and drink it's all over the health food stores and vitamin shoppes - people are crazy about it

    It's made from Barley grass juice but has brown rice and maltodextrin in it which is a complex carbohydrate - enough to effect my carb intake I don't know, so I'm steering clear of it until I can get more information.

    Any Feedback would be appreciated
