So tomorrow (tues) will be my 14th day of Induction. Do I move on to OWL? I've lost 5 lbs so far, out of wanting to lose 20. My measurements haven't gone down. I still don't really have the newfound energy, I'm still needing to nap during the day to stay awake at night. How do you know when you're ready to go on to the 2nd phase? I left my copy of DANDR at my moms house so she could read it and I'm going to get it back this wknd, so until then, thought I'd ask you guys.

    what do you think?

Read the stickie "DAY 15" at the top of the forum. You've done very well. Losing 25% of the weight you want to lose is a great accomplishment.

Only you can make the decision whether to stay and do more Induction, eating the foods off the Induction list at the same amounts, or to move onto OWL, were you will eat a wider variety of foods, be able to reintroduce foods like fruits, nuts, starchier veggies, and grains and eat at a higher carb level.

      Hi Berry, :wave

Congrats on losing 5 pounds! That's just wonderful. Even more important are the health benefits you've introduced to your body over the Induction period.

If you have 50+ pounds to lose than you can stay on Induction longer but as you have 13 left to lose it's important that you move onto the next phase of OWL - where you will most certainly have continued success.

      Great Going!
