Today is the start of my second day on induction. For the past couple of months I have not been able to finish a whole day. Yesterday I was reading and reading the forums trying to keep my motivation up and I've been through the whole before and after pictures area.
I was so excited to find the cauliflower pizza recipe on here and the revolution rolls. I'm gonna make a batch of rolls today and this weekend I plan on making some of those pizzas.
The first day is the hardest I think so I'm thinking it should get a little easier each day on induction. I plan on doing extended induction since I have a lot of weight to lose.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how long to do extended induction?
