So how does this menu look?? I'm 5'11 250 pounds and I'd like to lose 30 lbs
Breakfast- 2 eggs. 3 strips Turkey bacon
Lunch- 2 cups of ground beef fried up with 2 cups of steamed broccoli, mustard,garlic powder and cheddar cheese grated on it
Dinner- Basically same as lunch but sometimes it's chicken or Steakhouse Angus cube steak
If I get hungry I usually snack on some bacon. I also do the water cure, which is drink half your body weight in ounces of water a day. You add 1/8 tsp of sea salt for every 16 ounces of water.
