    Hello :wave everyone, today is my 14th day and I made it, now I am wondering should I move on to OWL or stay in induction as I still have a lot more weight to go, what do any of you think?










    mini goal: 25lbs by 9/20/08

        So, you made iut thus far. You need to go throught the sticky about moving onto OWL.

        Personally i would suggest you do it (move to OWL)that way you adjust it easier into your life because you have more variety. Plus it also depends on how much more weight you've got to lose, your boredom status etc.

        I did induction for 7 months straight but boredom was really kicking in and i know that was one of the reasons i ended up quiting. But im back and im moving into OWL next month due to my living conditions(food storage etc) Dont plan on staying on induction once i move out of residence.

          You and I are in the same situation, I´m too finished with the initial induction but since I have so much more weight to lose I´ll stay on induction for some time, but it´s totally up to you what you want to do. Like others already have mentioned I can imagine it gets pretty boring with time. Anyways, GOOD LUCK!

            congrats. the decision to move to OWL or not is a very personelchoice one and nobody can make it for you nor should tellyou. read chapter 13 of your DANDR take the quiz and your answers will tell you when it is time to move. for me it was 6 months later for another very successful big loser it was right on day 15. Only you know you and can make the decision.

            When you make your choice be sure and post an intro topic in eother the extended induction forum or the OWL forum.
