I started my induction 14 days ago, did it by my memory of my -lost somewhere- atkins book, practically didn't lose weight! in the first ten days,,,,then with the help and support of guys in this forum I decided to get a new book !!
and also got Fitday software, and god ! I noticed the difference,,, i noticed many veggies i ate are full of carbs, so I opened Fitday in my computer all the time, and every time i want to eat something ,even munchies , I add it to see what it will change , and it takes about 5-10 seconds,,,,,and with the help of Fitday and my atkins book, the last few day I got just 5-10 gr of carbs each day,,,,,,,and I lost 3 lbs! in 4 days!! (now I am wearing the pair of jeans I couldn't wear for some time !) (I am not sure how much calorie /calorie deficit is allowed ,as I also lost most of my appetite, each day I have about 500-700 calorie deficit!!!!, still thinking /reading about it)
My Point: FOLLOW THIS 20 GR CARBS RELIGOUSLY,,,,,,,even one small piece of artichoke or extra broccoli which we consider " eat more, it is healthy" would change the balance ,,,,and you wouldn't see the results..........................
