  • Induction Cookie Success!!!

Well I tried Megs recipe, and it was a great success. I had to go to the bathroom immediately afterwards, which doesn't happen when I take fiber supplements.

I think, in the future, I will add some butter to the recipe. I like the flavour of butter...

    Thanks,

Here is the induction legal cookie from the Recipes database

If you havent looked through the many recipes there you really must do so - just click on the word 'recipes' at the top of the page. Once there you can either browse the categories or type an ingredient (like 'flax') or name of a dish (like 'cookie') and see what comes up.

Also have a look at the recipes in the recipe forums lower down the list of forums.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Just to add to what Elizellen has written...

Flax during induction is limited to use as a fiber supplement or as a constipation reliever. Check Chapter 8 and the Induction Rules for it's use as either of these things.

In other words, these cookies or crackers/wafers are not meant to be "snacks" or desserts, they are meant to be medicines.
