I was on the Atkins website, and happened upon the store. They have a big variety of "bars", all different flavors, and they are in the 2- 3 net carbs range. They say that they are acceptable for stages1,2,3,4. So I am assuming that means they could be eaten during induction. I am on Day 10 of my induction and doing great, down 8.5 pounds~ and generally feeling good. Ketostrips are purple, and I have had a clean induction so far! I am just looking ahead a little. I would like to stay in induction a bit longer, I have a lot of weight to lose. When I came across soem of these items, I wondered if they may slow or stall my weight loss.
Has anyone eaten them, tried them? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!!!!!
