  • Cream Cheese help?

I havent brought any yet to use because im not sure what i meant to be looking for. I know its best for one thats low in carb and sugar but i find they are all high in those areas.

Any in UK able to help me with a specific brand or store which i can get it from? I saw someone post waitrose but i have no idea where one is near me

I was looking around this morning and generally the label states 100g - 10g carb (which sugar is 6g) that is not atkins friendly right? what should i be looking for? any help please!

Do you have "Philadelphia" cream cheese in the UK?

        Re: Cream Cheese help?

I buy waitrose own brand which has 1.8 grams per 100 grams - about half the carbs of philly. Make sure you look at the fullfat varieties, not the low fat ones as they definitely have more carbs.

You might find some own brands in your usual supermarkets which are cream cheese but might be called creamy cheese or soft cheese which would be similarly low in carbs to the one I buy.

The 'sugar' listed in the nutrition panel should be natural sugars, just make sure sugar is not also listed in the ingredients list.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
