ok so i reacently found out that my mayo has corn syrup in it, n its some sort sugar, GREAT! cuz i made deviled eggs in the morning on day 3, and had 1teaspoon on day 4!! if that wasnt enough to get me feeling all upset, i found out another thing, the barbecuse chicken i've been eating every day for dinner contains yogurt!! (even though it has no barbece sauce, its made with spices and herbs and YOGURT!) so i've been quite depressed! even though the yogurt got cooked when they barbecue the chicken breast, but still, i'm very upset....someone help me...do i need to start all over or just move on? :sadblinky

Drink a little extra water, chalk it up to a learning experience and find a new mayo or make your own...it's not hard!
As for the chicken, yogurt is not the most awful thing to find you've accidentally eaten...you could still have it if you don't eat the outside.
The lesson here is to really examine what is in your food before you eat it. All in all though, you didn't eat gallons of the mayo, or tons of the chicken, so just keep pressing forward. :joy

keep going. Look on the bright side if you haven't had any cravings and are in ketosis you should be albe to add that chicken back in your OWL second rung when you get fresh dairy 5 net carbs to add back.

awww thanx guys i feel a bit better now! n i owe it to u..thanx again...ive come a long way (6days) and theres no way i'm turning bak even if it means not eating mayo or that chicken...i'll simply make my own chicken at home!
btw..can sum1 provide me with a recipe to make mayo at home?

millions of low carbers use other brands besides Dke and just count a carb for their mayo if it doesn't cause you cravings or stop your weight loss then you have been doing okay with it.by the book atkinseer
