    I have a Question?

Can I really eat all the meat I want? I've been eating 2 pieces of meat at dinner, is this okay?

You should eat not until you are stuffed, but only until you are full.

Besides, too much protein is converted into glucose (sugar). Obviously, something you don't want to be happening.

You should also keep in mind the percentages recommended for induction (I assume you are on induction), 65% fat, 5% carbohydrates, 30% protein.

Thanks for the speedy replay. I don't fully understand how to calculate the percentages. The book a have is The Atkins Essentials. Is this okay to use or should I have gotten a different book?

you want Dr Atkin's New Diet Revolution 2002 edition

It is way more complete than the essentials.

You can get your percentages by logging the food into fitday.com. It's free and a very nice tool.
