Splenda allowed duting induction?

If you haven't read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002 edition yet, I urge you to do it because it tells you exactly what and how much you can eat and how to do this diet properly. There's ALOT of misconceptions about this diet, ranging from "you only eat meat" to "you can't eat chicken to fish", so please read the book.

To answer your question, Splenda is allowed on this diet and it's has a daily limit.

You have some good advice already - read the book. "Knowledge is power" is definitely true on this WOE.

You are allowed a maximum of 3 servings of Splenda (or other acceptable artificial sweetener) per day, and each one should be counted as 1 carb. If you eat any food or beverage that contains Splenda, that counts towards your daily 3 servings.
