Pushups make me sore... so I think that means I have an intolerance to them.

            Re: Restarting Induction.......

            Hi Meekab,
One thing I have learned is to not set a number goal for Induction. Twenty pounds seems like a lot of weight to lose in two weeks. Why not just do the Induction and see where you land after? I know when sometimes if you set a number goal and it isn't attained it can really throw you for a loop. I am that way. I have said in the past "I am going lose 'X' amount of weight in 'X' amount of time. Then when it doesn't happen I tend to be very depressed about it. I have learned to look at any loss, no matter how small as a GREAT SUCCESS. I am lighter than I was when I started so that means I am going in the right direction and if I keep on going in that direction I will surely lose more. Remember you did not gain 20 pounds in two weeks, why expect to lose it in that time? Celebrate no matter how much you lose on your Re-Induction and do not get hung up on the numbers. You will succeed!

              Great post, LuckyD
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

                Re: Restarting Induction.......

I agree! Sometimes I see awesome results and I think, wow if I could just keep losing X pounds per week, I could be at goal in 2 months...but of course it's just not that easy.

Good luck Meckab! Treasure every pound you lose, even if you don't get to 20 in induction.
