  • UNDER 20 GRAMS?

    I really try to get 20 grams in but I'm never hungry. Will this slow down weight loss if you only take in 14 - 17 grams of carbs?

    This is my first time doing Atkins, always a Weight Watcher, and this is amazing.

    Most people eat between 10-15 carbs per day, mainly due to their vegetable choices.

    The trick is not to eat over 20 net carbs daily.

      20 net grams is the upper limit not the target number. when you move toOWL if you ate your induction ate 15 you just add 5 there.

      remember to get all your veggies in those carbs you do eat as they are the foundation upon which you will build a life time of healthy low carb eating to allow you to maintain your weight loss and health on a permenant bases. unlike the slimfast diet in a can program we practice our future way of eating threough out the entire Atkins program.
