  • 6th day of induction and I've lost........

10LBS! I can't believe this! I feel great, got energy to burn (LITERALLY). I truly love this WOE. The diet I was on before consisted of low-calorie/low-fat intake, and I'm actually eating more calories, more fat, and more often, and still losing weight! I can definitely see myself doing this for life.

    WooHooo!

    Keep up the good work.

Now, step off the scale and put it away until Day 14. Re-weigh and re-measure yourself then. If you haven't measured yourself, do it now.

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

                Hi iyshiaf!

Wow, that's great, 10 pounds! And isn't this WOE just the best? ...not being hungry, more energy and losing weight! How much better can things get?!!

I agree with you about the lifetime eating, this is my WOL, I'll never go back.

                Wishing you continued success!!
