Boca Burgers During Induction?

Does anyone know if Boca Burgers (All American Flame Grilled) are allowed during induction?
They have 4 grams of carbohydrates and 4.5 grams of fiber. The carbs are vegetable based.

Just found the answer. Probably no. There is also wheat in the ingredients list.

I just want to ask, do you mean 8.5g total carbohydrates and 4.5g of fiber, or are they doing some sort of weird math where they have more fiber than carbohydrate content?

The net carbs would be -5. I don't think it's weird math, I have seen other products with more fiber than carbs.

Use a "hidden carb calculator" to see if the nutritional information on the packaging is accurate.

Looking with Google I think your info is wrong or it is a label printed outside uSA where fibre grams are not counted as carbohydrates.
I found several varieties of boca burgers and they all had nearly as much net carbs as fiber carbs (if not more).

Though the ingredients would count them out for induction anyway, maybe you should contact the company and ask for verification of the numbers as suggested on their website. Contact BOCA Foods | Wholesome Veggie Burgers, Chik'n, Breakfast and More

I have some Jennie O turkey patties that also have 1 fiber but NO carbs listed.

Yes, I can see where it is confusing as it does say exactly what you posted earlier but it just cannot have more fibre grams than total carb grams - there is no such thing as a minus carb count.

So I bet it is an error.

I called Kraft. They are going to check in to it. The person I spoke with said that the All American are their lowest carb product.

They have legumes and wheat in them so that illiminates them from induction anyways.
