ok so today was my birthday...a family party was organized n ya'll know what that means, LOTS off yummy food and of course the birthday cake...but guess what everyone i did not, n i repeat did not touch any of it! not even the cake!! (i told my family before hand not to feed me the cake wen i cut it) i'm sooooo proud of myself!! i got thru day 5, and my biggest worry!!!
jus thought i'd let u all know

though my sister made me kinda depressed by saying i didnt look any different n i was just depriving myself, even on my birthday...but ask me if i care! NO!!!! (tho i did cry in the bathroom)i jus got really upset cuz for a minute i thought the diet and my 1 hour n 30 mins of excersize daily isnt doing any good, n then i thought its ONLY DAY 5!!!!
i can do it, i can chnage myself, i can make my dreams come true!!

Way to go on saying NO! I will soon know the pain of your birthday. I turn 21 next monday. I think I may have a lil something I shouldn't though. As it is my 21st birthday, and this is a WOL not a diet right? We'll see when monday comes.

But Great Job don't feel bad about it!!

way to go. Next time your sister says you are depriving yourself by not eating ask her why she is depriiving you of a healthier smaller body by not supporting you in your efforts.

Tell foks no thank you when they say you deserve a break form your diet and tell them NO, I deserve to be the healthier smaller person I'm working so hard to become and I deserve your help and support in my efforts!

Yes - this is a WAY OF LIFE -- meaning, we adapt our lives to our new healthy eating style -- not that we eat healthy when it's convenient!!

Sorry if that sounds harsh, but I have never heard anyone use the term "WOL" as an excuse for cheating!

There are many ways to celebrate life that don't have to include food. That's the "WOL" you need to focus on for your birthday -- and you'll be giving yourself a wonderful gift!
