  • The "name two things" game

    Name two things that is motivating you right now to stay on plan.

    Here are mine:

    1. Today I put on my pants that were too tight before and they fit. WOOT.
    2. I'm down to 40 days until my trip to Hawaii. The thinner I can make my face for pictures the better.

    1. I was called "skinny-mini" today by my hairdresser that hadn't seen me since before I started my diet lol! I am no where near that... but hey made me feel good!
    2. My 14's are starting to feel a little loose. Probably another 10 lbs before I can squeeze into a 12!

          1: I am down 10lbs in five days, thats big enough motivation for me alone!!

              1) i feel like i can walk and keep up the pace with other people now whereas before i was trailing behind and avoiding going walking with ppl cos i was so slow.

              2) i dont want to cheat when ive taken been good for so many days

                    1) to be able to fit in a pair of jeans that are 6 sizes too small that I bought on clearance for $8.

                    2)Trying to run a mile without stopping to gasp for air! (I am up to 3/4 of a mile)
