  • (UK people) What brand of vitamins are best for induction?

I'm really hoping someone in the UK can answer this as I likely won't be able to buy the wonderful vitamins suggested by Americans!

At the moment I take one Tescos branded multivitamin with cod liver oil every day along with a tablespoon of psyllium husks to assist during induction.

I have heard some vitamins are more advisable than others. Should I be considering other options rather than the Tescos ones I causally picked up last month?

I just get mine from superdrugs and read labels to make sure they dont contain iron or sugar.

In addition to the multivit I also take extra calcium, cod liver oil and evening primrose oil.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I use Boots's own brand multi vits but you will need to check for iron and sugar.

Berroca is also a firm favourite of mine!

      Good luck!

Cool, I'll stick to my Tesco's vitamins then, no iron or sugar in these bad boys!
