OK, heres my problem. I've been on Atkins for a couple of weeks, not 100% hard core, but I've been doing it right for the most part. I've been losing around .5 pounds a day... so I've lost around 10 pounds so far. GREAT for not sticking to induction 100%.
Well up until this morning I'd been losing steadly, but today I was up 2 pounds. Not a huge bummer but I know it was because of this weekend. I'm 23 and partied a lot and in turn drank a lot (beer pong, flip cup).
Yes, it's shitty I gained a little big back but I had a great time and my body has taken well to adkins so I'll lose it hopefully within the week. No to mention I stayed super hydrated on Sunday so it could be a lot of water weight.
My main confusion is do I jump right back into induction? Do I start the two weeks over? I'm not 100% sure if I was knocked out of ketosis, but it wouldn't surprise me. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance!
