Hi guys what are some breakfast, lunch, dinner and snaks ideas. Well for the induction phase.

The best advise I can give you is to sit down with a copy of the Induction Acceptable Foods List and see what foods you like on it and make up your own menu.
We, each, have our likes and dislikes with food. So eating what YOU like from that list will better your chances of staying on this diet.
bacon and eggs
eggs baked with cream cheese, cream and splenda
egg omelette
one minute muffin made w/3 T's flaxseed meal instead of 4
mock danish
steak and eggs
tea w/cream and splenda
tuna salad over lettuce
salmon filet over lettuce
hamburger over lettuce
cheeseburger w/o bun
salad w/bluecheese dressing
salad w/olive oil and vinegar
