  • I screwed up on new years eve

Ok so the day started good, at 7 pm I had consumed maybe 15 carbs but as It got closer to that 12 oclock hour I had 2 mix drinks 2 shots of jack daniels , 6 budweisers and maybe 6 budlights. The next morning I had a bad hang over from drinking and i also had a carb hangover. What do I do to get back to burning off fat and how long will it take?

Well Anthony. I imagine you were quite hung-over. I'm a little hung over for you after reading that.

What do I do to get back to burning off fat and how long will it take?
You eat clean, drink lots of water, get busy , & take your supplements. - It'll take as long as it takes - but generally about 2 days to get back into ketosis.

2 Days Is a bit of a wait but I have no choice. Are there any supplements that will expedite the process?

Nope Anthony. There is no "Skinny-In-A-Bottle". 2 days isn't even a drop in the bucket of time!

This is where choices materialize into consequences. 12 beers & 2 mixed drinks = approximately 1500 empty calories (give or take) and 2-3 days to get back to where you started.

There are no short cuts. Believe me. There are none - or someone would be making a *lot* of money and none of us would be here

        Hang in there.
