Hi Everyone!
I was responding in another thread and thought what I had to say could be used by all of us.
I find in moments of weakness the best thing to do is remember something you did that you were sucessful at. You can easily use the fact that you quit smoking, got an A in a class, ran that mile without walking, raised a child, got the promotion, etc...as a source of strength in your weight loss goals.
At the end of the day, everything is mental and we have the power to choose what we will or will not do. My husband and I do a lot of cleansing, 10 days with no food and just the lemonade (freash sqeezed lemons, cayanne pepper, maple syrup and H2O) was enough to show me I have the will power to do anything I want to. Find your "will power place" kinda like a "happy place" and go there anytime you feel like giving up!
