  • Question about Protein

    I was wondering if during the induction phase, if I should be tracking my proteins and fats in a place like Fitday. I am not new to Atkins, but I'm doing a re-start after a month-long hiatus from the plan. I am just afraid of eating too much protein, and having it stall my weightloss.

    Thanks, in advance for any advice.

    You're doing the 72 version? Here we follow 2002 so our advice is geared to that version of Atkins. I love fitday. I think it is a great place to learn to monitor what you're eating. Many people worry a lot about protein. I don't that much. I keep an eye on it though.
