Ok - so I WAS going to wait until Monday - mainly because we're not going grocery shopping until tomorrow (sunday) - but I am way too motivated to get started. 
I woke up this morning and realized we had ONE egg in the house so I went to CVS and picked some up and I had:
3 scrambled eggs - 3 jimmy dean turkey sausage links - 1/3 cup weight watchers shredded mexican cheese & sparkling water.
Total carbs = 4g
(I'm keeping track on mydailyplate.com)
It will be hard not to drink my low carb juice in the morning or even milk - but even my low carb juice still has sugar and it's not allowed on induction anyways (it's only 10 carbs per 8 oz serving). And I LOVE milk - but I know not to drink it.
I'll figure out what I can and can't have though.
I'm still reading the book - I only bought it last night and didn't get a chance to read a lot of it becuase my fiance put in The Dark Knight and I got into watching it.
Anyways though - so today is the first day of the rest of my life - as the say. So here I go!
