day two and luckily just a tad of nausea. however, pre-atkins i was often nauseated from a medical condition i have--my solutions were either peppermint altoids (it's the peppermint oil), or coca-cola (not diet. i don't drink diet soda).
i know i'm going to need something to help me, but i'm not sure what to have. ideas welcome!
