  • has anyone tried these breakfast cups?

i just made these, and am wondering if anyone has made them? tried them? liked them? ... i dont have a lot of time to cook breakfast and found this recipe and it sounded like something i could easily pre-make and grab in the mornings...

    4 eggs
    4 slices of bacon
    1/2 lb. loose sausage
    grated cheddar cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray. Line bottom of
four muffin cups with loose sausage so that it covers the bottom of each one
and pat down. Wrap bacon around inside "wall" of each cup. Crack an egg in each
one. Bake approx 20 minutes until you see bacon is done. Sprinkle cheese on top
of each one and bake until cheese is melted.

I don't know if I have tried that specific recipe, but I have cooked an egg mixture in the muffin tin and I do lots of quiches. Yummy! I only like eggs scrambled, hard boiled or baked, so it is a great thing to mix it up and find different recipes for baking them.

It is nice seeing a picture where I actually have a neck!

Never tried this either but it sounds great. Good for a breakfast on the go idea tbh i prefer having that as a full breakfast if i had the time to cook it but thanks for the idea.
