  • OH MY GOSH I really lost it

    So I weighed myself today. OH MY GOSH!!! I cant believe how much I have let myself go. I weighed 140 lbs in May when I graduated in May, and now today I weight 168. . I cant believe it, I havent weighed this much since FOREVER!! Its been YEARS!!! I am freaking out, but I know I am on the right track.

    Well you're here you're something about. They will come off. Just stick to it.

    May Challenges 2010
    Push-ups: 450/800
    Abs: 850/1900
    Squats: 650/1200
    Lunges: 500/1000
    Strength: 490/1200
    Running: 50/100 km


    2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned

        you can do it sweetz, this is the best diet ever, well i'm not gonna call it a diet, its just the way everyone needs to eat.
