14 Day Induction question!

Hi,

I am on my 3rd day of induction, but I am suffering from headaches at night; Is this common and has anyone else gone through the same thing?

Yes its very common, you are detoxing from things like caffine, sugar etc and this will last a few days and then many people feel great with a surge of energy etc. Hang in there.

Yes, this is very common and it usually lasts only a few days...so hang in there!

You can take some advil or tylenol to help with the induction flue. Be sure to drink lots of water.

i had really bad headaches for the past few days too... (i started on sunday) but today they seem to have subsided, some tylenol really helped me get through those headaches.
