Okay, so today is day three of a clean induction. My problem is I always feel hungry. I don't why, I think I am eating plenty of food, and yet I am still always hungry. Will this go away? I try to let myself eat more of the liberal foods, but I know that I still need to watch my portions. For example:
Breakfast: 2 thin sliced bacon, 2 fried eggs
Snack: 1 oz turkey
Lunch: 1 Cup lettuce with 1 oz turkey
2 hamburger patties (about 1/4 inch thick and 3" diameter.
So that is it so far. I tried eating just the one cup of salad and one patty but I was still too hungry. Is eating this way really going affect my weight loss. I know it says liberally, but it also said to watch portions and not gorge. I am not getting full, and I don't really even feel satisfied. Does this go away eventually? Is it okay to be eating more meaty stuff like turkey for snacks and lean ground beef patties?
I just really don't want to screw this up, but I feel so hungry always!
Thanks for any advice!
