today is day 8, and as of 36 hours ago i lost one whole pound. (yes, buying ketosticks today but, really, my carb amount has been under 20 grams each day. why i'm not burning fat is anyone's guess.)
but. the bigger issue... i'm dealing with a particularly wretched incident/situation in my home life and i have had absolutely zero appetite in these past 36 hours. i've gotten down some eggs, a small hamburger, some cheese, some tuna, but not nearly as many calories as i would like.
now, i wasn't losing weight before this, but i imagine that not eating much isn't going to help things.
advice welcome. (and wanted.)
