    I suggest that you read the book. I have read mine several times, it helps to keep me motivated and it reminds me of what I can eat. Also, water, water, water and exercise! Even a 15 minute walk is wonderful. Two great ways to get the weight loss moving in the right direction.

      The BMI chart for guys is such crap! I'm sorry if anyone wants to disagree with me-- go right ahead. For women it makes more sense, I will be in the healthy BMI range at 145 pounds, and I'm a 5'4" female, that seems about right. But with guys, the BMI chart says that my boyfriend who is a 6'2" male, should be 165 or 170 or something like that-- right now he is 174 and is SKIN AND BONES.
