at the last minute my friends and i decided to go to hawaii, and i'm more stressed than ever! i cant bring all my precooked meals with me, and we are only going for 3 days, so buying groceries and prepping my own meals doesnt make sense. here are my issues:
1: what would be a good snack to bring on a 6 hour flight? some sliced meats and cheese? string cheese?
2: i imagine there is gonna be lots of yummy food temptation, what should i do to stay focused? bring a list of safe foods?
how do you guys handle quick out of town trips?
