any pharmacy. go to the counter, ask for them, no prescription needed.
usually about $10-15. name brand vs store brand.
walgreens has a store brand that is good."I'm big boned" ...Um, nobody has bones that big....

awesome! I found them and used one tonight - it I can't tell between the colors on the legend on the bottle - but I AM in the middle somewhere
