  • 3rd Times a Charm. I found out my culprits in Induction.

    Hey everybody :wave
I have tried not unsuccessfully but successfully twice the Atkins diet. No I didn't lose the weight in Induction I got frustrated and quit. But like the saying goes: "I didn't fail 100 times, I've successfully tried 100 times". So I will post my slip ups, I now know where the culprits lie:

    1. Eating Bacon and Sausage
    2. Eating Dry Salami
    3. Not drinking enough water.
    4. Adding in too much salt in my dishes.
    5. Not exercising. (2nd time I did--but did the above that messed things up).
    6. Eating Eggs excessively.
    7. Eating Pork Rinds.

Now this time around I found out early I need some salad veggies, no problemo. I just want success.

I've always been a hard head, looking for loop holes to do what I want. But, also not listening to my body, like when my feet swells that means too much salt is in my food etc...

Hi, Nikki! You are so wise to look at what may have caused your stalls up until this point! And, like most taxpayers, lookin' for loopholes is what we do best! *lol*

    *hip bump*

Here's to you and your only loopholes being the shrinky ones on your smaller jeans!
