Well Im on day 5 of induction and going strong.. so went and got my ketostix this morning (after jumping on my digi scales and it not having moved an inch), so telling myself not to get down.. I got them and tested and I'm not in ketosis.. it looks like I'm on the brink of a little colour but nothing.
So back to the book and to see where I've gone wrong.. I really thought I was counting everything to the letter. The only thing I can think of is maybe the cream in my coffee.. although I accounted 0.8 for each cup... maybe I just had to much veg last night.. hmmmm
Anyway.. still staying strong.. and making a batch of chicken wings with butter and garlic for lunch and on 4pint of water.
plus bought the dirty dancing workout dvd. gona give it a bash this afternoon. hopefully that will help kick me into it.
