I start the program on Jan. 1st weighing 272 pounds and after 8 days I am now down to a even 260. It was hard the first 2-3 days because i was constantly hungry eating 4 times a day never feeling full and constantly craving bread and sweets but all that has stopped. My apatite has change; last week i was eating 3-4 eggs each morning and now i can hardly eat 2 without feeling stuffed and I am finding my self getting smaller portions for lunch and dinner before feeling full. Then theres my energy level I just feel plain better through out the day,not drowsy or grumpy.
I know this may sound dumb(should be common sense) but it's just amazing to me that what we eat effect out body's so severely.
