You should only eat if you are hungry or if you've gone more than 6 waking hours without eating.
Otherwise, drink water and be more careful tomorrow about planning your meals.
Oh yeah, to any other newbie reading this thread. Generally on Atkins, counting calories is not done. Dr. Atkins believed that if we listened to our bodies, by eating only what's written on the list and the amounts listed and if we only eat as much to satisfy our hunger, we would re-learn to eat the proper amount of food that our bodies need daily to function. Why did I write "re-learn"? Because studies have been done on the eating habits of young children and they have shown that before they develop bad eating habits, young children will instinctively eat only what their bodies need--nothing more, nothing less. It's only when they are pressured by society (ie: family and peers) to purposefully eat, is this instinct extinguished and the lousy eating habits are developed.
So listen to your bodies and learn those ques your body sends that you've eaten enough for the day and the only thing you'll have to count are carbs.
