day 9 and wowsa, what a difference

  • day 9 and wowsa, what a difference

    I have had this blasted weight creep up over the last 3 years. I have never been a yo yo dieter, this is pretty much the first diet i've tried. I'm on day 9 of induction, and i have to say.. HOLY CRAP.

    the first 4 days i thought i would gnaw own arm off, was flu-like, felt kinda sick, was craving, well, rolls every time i turned around =D had some headaches & body aches, but by day 9 and my energy has shot through the roof, my mood has felt more stabilized, and i feel really good. I'm able to really go at it for 2ce as long at the gym. & i'm gearing up for a 4 mile run tomorrow morning.

    =) i just wanted to say... yaha
    Age - 32 (oh the gravity) Height - 5'5

    Starting Weight:
    11/1/2008 - 235
    1/1/2009 - 218.5
    1/10/2009 - 213
    1/21/2009 - 212.5 =( blasted vacation!
    2/2/2009 - 206.5 1 more lb to my next mini goal!

    Goal Weight - 140

    Mini Goals:
    215 - 1.5 lbs away!! **REACHED.
    205 - 8lbs away!

    Well done on getting through those first few days and breaking through into the energy zone
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
