  • My progress....

    Well... I started Atkins back in December - had a bit of ablip over the holidays, am currently re-doing induction.

    My original stats were...

    Waist: 40
    Hips: 44
    Thigh: 24
    Arm: 13

    Today...

    Waist: 32
    Hips: 39
    Thigh: 24 (sigh)
    Arm: 12

    Defo going in the right direction!!!

    Just wanted to say well done and its obviously working.. You just made me get up and do my measurments for the first time as I normally just went by the scale.

      Great shrinking going on!!
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
      Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

        Great job! Don't worry about your thighs, it will come of there too. I am losing everywhere but my gut is the last to shrink. Keep it up!
