So I have been tracking my daily food and am wondering about the calories. To date I have lost 11 pounds (since 1/1). My average daily calorie intake is 1350. I am just not hungry to eat more. I am wondering once I move into other stages and I start to eat other foods will my calories increase. Also if they increase will that begin to make me increase? I know we are not suppose to worry so much about the calories, but I have no idea when I was eating below 2000 calories a day. My ratios are pretty close to what they are suppose to be (fat/protein/carbs) 61/33/6. I am currently burning about 125 calories/day with exercise-I know not much, but I am easing into it.
