I just made some cinamon and splenda flavored pork rinds, and OMG they were WONDERFUL!! They taste like the "churros" that you get at mexican restaraunts. I don't think I can make them anymore because I REALLY wanted to sit down with the whole bowl of them and eat every single one. I managed to only eat about an ounce of them, but geez it was a struggle to put them away. A few weeks ago I would have gagged at the thought of sweet pork rinds, but now they will be my special treat!

I did the same thing as you are talking about.. I had to step back and find something else..it is funny because you may think you are replacing your "bad" foods..even if it is allowed portion control is key..and I have had to step away from a few things like thatValerie - f 4' 11"
